Vision:

What is an ISP?
It is two things, It is the name of the non-profit organization and is planned to be an augmented virtual reality space port.

Imagine purchasing a ticket from a major airline to undertake a Virtual Augmented Journey, so realistic it blurs reality itself, taking you to places no airline can. Imagine destinations such as a beautiful low Earth orbit while viewing our amazing planet, Saturn, with its majestic rings in the spaceship Inspiration. Travel to other discovered and photographed places even to worlds yet undreamed…..We have paid the price of discovery. We envision the ISP will tell these stories in a virtual reality aboard the Inspiration Shuttle in a simulated factually amazing experience. ISP is the launch point for the life size replica orbiter Inspiration.

It was transferred to LVX System to simulate a space flight environment for joint research with NASA on Visible Light Communication, Also known as
"Li-Fi". At LVX System’s expense, Inspiration was restored and moved to the Shuttle Landing Facility on the northwest portion of Kennedy Space Center, where experimentation and testing continued. When testing was completed, The decision was made to be moved to Saint Cloud, Minnesota, Northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
